General
International flight from USA to Thailand & Personal Meals
We suggest buying your airfare immediately to ensure you lock in this low rate. We generally use Skyscanner which is similar to Expedia or Priceline. Once your flight is purchased you will want to secure your tour spot with us. We require $99 deposit for Village Stay, $149 for City Stay, $199 for Phuket Stay.
Final Payment for the Tour is due no later than July 1, 2025
We accept check, cash, or credit card. Note: if you use credit card, there is a 10% service fee. No additional fee for Check or Cash payments

Refund & Cancellations
We offer deposit refunds for the ‘Village Stay’ package. However, deposits for City Stay and Phuket bookings are non-refundable due to limited availability. Once full payment is made, refunds are not available, as we secure your accommodations immediately upon receiving payment.
